Blue Label Power Warranty
Our top priority is to satisfy the customer, and we strive to make return merchandise authorizations as pain-free for the customer as possible. We have different policies set in place depending on the situation and whether or not the item is under warranty.
Warranty dates begin once item ships from our warehouse. If your item is not included below, please contact us directly for warranty information:
Replacement Projector Lamps:
OEM = 180 Days
Original = Manufacturer's Warranty
Replacement Laptop Batteries:
Blue Label brand/Original = 12 Months
Refunds, not replacements, will be issued for all returns; if a replacement is required, please place an order for the item. All returns must be double-boxed and require an RMA form or they cannot be processed. Refunds will be issued after returns are received and inspected; do not take a credit until a credit memo has been generated. Serial numbers must be provided to Blue Label Power before shipping the item back.
WRONG ITEM: Contact us within three business days if the wrong item was shipped, or you did not receive all the items on the packing list. Return incorrect items for a refund, we will reship the correct item. Blue Label power will pay for shipping.
DEFFECTIVE ITEM : We send customer a pre-paid shipping label if they are going to exchange the product for the correct one. Once the incorrect item arrives at our warehouse in it's brand new/unused condition, we credit the customer back the cost of the product (any shipping charges are not credited). The customer may place a new order online.
DAMAGED ITEM: Contact us within three business days if an item is damaged upon receipt. We will issue a refund if we paid for the original shipping. The item must be returned to Blue Label Power for inspection. If you paid for shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to submit a claim; we will not issue a refund if you paid for original shipping.
DISCONTINUED ITEMS: Should an item become discontinued, we will do our best to replace it with a similar item if the customer requests and approves to do so. The customer must approve the alternative before being shipped and charged.
LOST SHIPMENT: Contact us within three business days if a shipment is lost. We will issue a refund if we paid for the original shipping. If you paid for shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to submit a claim; we will not issue a refund if you paid for original shipping.
WRONG ADDRESS: Contact us within three business days if your order was sent to the wrong address as a result of an error on our part. Blue Label Power will pay for shipping.
REFUND WILL BE ISSUED: for defective lamps returned within warranty period; unused lamps that can be returned to stock; items received with an RMA form; if the wrong item was shipped, or shipped to the wrong address, and it was our error; items damaged or lost in shipping where Blue Label Power paid for shipping. Parts may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: items that are used and still functional and cannot be returned to stock; items received without accompanying RMA form; items without original label; items damaged in return transit; shipping costs; return shipping costs; improper installation including damages incurred while attempting installation; any installation or labor costs; lamps damaged by projector malfunction; damage due to abuse, lightning or acts of nature, misuse, electrical stress or power surges; loss of use; lost profits.
